After trying a delicious gluten free seed bread at our local cafe, I have been scouring the internet trying to find a recipe for something similar! And I’ve found it.

This loaf is absolutely delicious, super easy to make and super healthy for you. It’s high in protein and fibre. It’s great toasted for breakfast and lunch and is very nutrient dense – so you only need a little bit to be very full.
